Our Store LLC / Our Store fulfills apparel and active-style clothing orders to the US and select markets abroad.
Processing time
Orders move through pick, check, and pack within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when your garments ship.
Delivery time
Carrier delivery estimate: 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or remote locations.
Packaging
Garments are secured for transit to limit shifting and wear inside the carton.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
