Return & Refund Policy — Apparel

If a piece does not work for your activity or fit, request a return within 30 days of delivery under the rules below.

Eligible returns

  • Garment must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging (if provided)
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required
  • Final sale, clearance, customized, or personalized apparel is not eligible (marked on the product page)
  • For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings may be final sale unless defective

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked final sale or clearance
  • Garments that show wear, washing, alterations, or missing tags after delivery
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings (unless defective or our error)
  • Returns sent without prior authorization

Exchanges & sizing

Refer to the size chart on each product page. Fit may vary by style and fabric; contact us before ordering if you need sizing help. Size swaps start with an email that lists your order number and preferred size.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@example.com with your order number, item name, size, and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the garment back using a trackable service. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or incorrect size sent).

Use a trackable label so both sides can confirm the return journey.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
